Close this Window Popup Windows Our website shows enlarged pictures of our products which load in small, javascript windows. These enlarged pictures will be identified by the line, "click here for big pic" (or something like that). None of these popup windows will contain advertisements only photos of the product. The Shopping Cart Our shopping cart sets cookies to remember your purchased items, but only during your current visit to the website. These cookies are just so you don't have to fill out the same information every time you go to the shopping cart. They are deleted when you leave the website. The shopping cart will not function without cookies, so please enable "session" cookies for this website. Each page on the website has a small snippet of javascript that calls the shopping cart when you click on an "add to cart" button. If you get a warning about running scripts on your browser, please be assured, this script does not write anything to your computer and poses no threat. Checkout Securely with PayPal After you have finished shopping your cart will be transferred to PayPal to complete the checkout process. We truly believe PayPal is the safest way to shop on the Net. Did you know that when you send a payment directly to an online merchant using a credit card, that merchant receives all of your credit card information including the card number, the expiration date and any validation codes. When you send a payment to a merchant who uses PayPal, the merchant never sees any of your financial information. You don't have to have a PayPal account to benefit from this. You can use your credit card during the checkout process with full confidence that your information is safe and secure. That greatly reduces, if not totally eliminates, the chance of identity theft. Terms and Conditions of order acceptance All in stock orders normally ship within 48 hours. Often, it will ship the day you order. That's business days, which are Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00 CST, not including weekends or Holidays. So if you order something Friday afternoon, please don't expect shipment before the following Monday or Tuesday. We'll let you know the status of your order if it can not be shipped in this time frame. Exception: Personal checks, including eChecks, must clear before product can be shipped. Occasionally things do sell out before I have a chance to update the website. If that happens I'll let you know and ask if you want to wait for the backorder, order something else or cancel your order. If part of your order is in stock and part is on backorder, we will ship the backorder when it comes in at no additional cost to you. We ship using Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail or Express Mail. We have found that these are the safest, most economical ways to ship and your package will often arrive much sooner than other methods. We keep our shipping prices as low as possible and we do not charge handling fees except for very unusual items. These will be clearly stipulated on the product page. We do not use UPS because we have found that with all of their add-on fees (fuel surcharge - extra fee to deliver to residential addresses, etc.) their shipping charges are just too high. When you have completed your order you can choose between shipping methods to determine what is best for you. Low cost items, where the cart Subtotal is under $30 can ship inexpensively by first class mail (under 13 ozs) or parcel post (over 13 ozs). You will see the weight of each item and the weight totals on your order as they are entered into the shopping cart. Over $30 you can ship other methods including Priority Mail, uninsured since Priority Mail includes tracking. Regardless of how you ship, or the total value of your order, if your order is not insured we cannot replace items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Insurance is cheap: 1.65 under $50 and 2.05 up to $100. Well worth it. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally and if we ship you something that wasn't what you ordered or if you receive a defective product, email me right away to let me know (within 10 days please!) I'll return your money, including shipping charges both ways as soon as the item(s) are returned (with all the original packaging please). Please let me know first though, returns aren't accepted without prior notice. Our guarantee We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. If you order any item on our website and we don't get it to the Post Office within 48 hours, we will refund any shipping charges to you. Items marked out of stock or backordered are not included in this guarantee. However, if something is out of stock and we don't have it marked and you order it, we will let you know that it's backordered and as soon as it comes in we will ship it free! If you just don't like what you got, let us know within 10 days and you can return the unused product for a refund of the cost of the product minus shipping charges both ways. That seems fair to me.
