Many herbs can be healthy and helpful in the correct amounts but even some kitchen herbs can be toxic if misused. Obtain professional advice before using herbs internally, especially if pregnant or lactating. Mandrake Root is Poisonous even in small quantities. Use with care and wash hands after handling. Elements, it's employees and owners (along with the parent company World Caravan and it's employees and owners) are not responsible for any harm or damages due to the use of herbs, oils, athames, incense, candles and any other potentially harmful items or any other products sold. Purchase and use of these products constitute agreement. Shipping All in stock orders normally ship within 48 hours. Often, it will ship the day you order. That's business days, which are Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00 CST, not including weekends or Holidays. So if you order something Friday afternoon, please don't expect shipment before the following Monday or Tuesday. We'll let you know the status of your order if it can not be shipped in this time frame. Exception: Personal checks, including eChecks, must clear before product can be shipped. We ship using Priority Mail or Express Mail. We have found that these are the safest, most economical ways to ship and your package will often arrive much sooner than other methods. We no longer ship first class mail because the Post Office provides free packaging when we ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail. Most items conveniently fit in their packaging and that keeps us from having to pass handling or materials charges on to our customer. We do not use UPS because we have found that with all of their add-on fees (fuel surcharge - extra fee to deliver to residential addresses, etc.) their shipping charges are just too high...and in most cases, they take too long to deliver. When you have completed your order you can choose between shipping methods to determine what is best for you. Regardless of the total value of your order, if your order is not insured we cannot replace items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Insurance is cheap: 1.65 under $50 and 2.05 up to $100. Well worth it. * Shipping is charged according to actual costs. If the shopping cart charges more than actual costs, we'll refund the difference to you. Occasionally (with multiple items or items of unusual shape or weights) the shopping cart cannot determine the actual cost and will leave the shipping charge blank. In that case we'll send you a PayPal Invoice for the shipping once we know exactly what the costs will be. Please realize that we cannot send your order until we receive payment for shipping.
We do not make a profit on shipping costs. We just want your products to get to you as safely as possible with the least cost and liability for us both.
BackOrders Occasionally things do sell out before I have a chance to update the website. If that happens I'll let you know and ask if you want to wait for the backorder, order something else or cancel your order. If part of your order is in stock and part is on backorder, we will ship the backorder when it comes in at no additional cost to you. Returns Everyone makes mistakes occasionally and if we ship you something that wasn't what you ordered or if you receive a defective product, email me right away to let me know (within 10 days please!) I'll return your money, including shipping charges both ways as soon as the item(s) are returned (with all the original packaging please). Please let me know first though, returns aren't accepted without prior notice. If you just don't like what you got, let us know within 10 days and you can return the unused product for a refund of the cost of the product minus shipping charges both ways. Our guarantee We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. If you order any item on our website and we don't get it to the Post Office within 48 (business) hours, we will refund any shipping charges to you. Items marked out of stock or backordered are not included in this guarantee. However, if something is out of stock and we don't have it marked and you order it, we will let you know that it's backordered and as soon as it comes in we will ship it free! Free shipping guarantee does not include Express Mail. When you ask for something to be shipped via Express Mail, we understand that you're paying for extra fast service so if we get the order by noon, Monday thru Friday, we'll make sure it gets to the Post Office that day. |
